In Isaiah 5:26 the Bible says; “that God lifts a banner for the distant nations, he whistles for those at the ends of the earth. Here they come, swiftly and speedily!”
To whistle from that verse of the scripture means to call; it's a form of introduction that God is willing to take upon Himself to let nations know that you exist. The purpose of it is to help you with the necessary help that you need to arrive at destiny earlier than you would have arrived alone.
And God is making this thing happen speedily because the urgency of your destiny matter so much to Him more than it does to you. He wouldn't mind redirecting nations' attention for your sake, just to make the people that matter meets with you. But the condition is, will you be obedient for Him to introduce you to the people that matter? If God is not pleased with you, He won't whistle to the people around and afar to hear you. There is publicity He will never make for you.
God is saying I'll whistle to men to come to your rising, and they'll have to do that with a sense of urgency. The Bible says in 1 King 18:46, “then the hand of the LORD came upon Elijah, and he girded up his loins and outran Ahab's chariot to the entrance of Jezreel.” God can make you achieve unusual success even when others have left you behind. Do you ask yourself, how can a man with foot outran the man with the chariot, the answer is that it can only be God? But Elijah can't function or achieve that unusual speed if He wasn't obedient to God.
There are places and leadership positions God won't allow you to occupy or bring your way, not like you're not His child, or you don't deserve it, but you're not yet qualified for it in the place of obedience. Until you do something that makes you qualify, you can't get there. Although God has paid the ultimate price to make everything possible and at ease for us but yet, we still have a part to play in our success. The Bible says in Galatians 4:1 – “Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all”.
There are things when you're qualified for will begin to happen on their own without much effort from you. At that point, certain things you didn't bargain for begin to come to you, but they must meet you at the point of growth. Let me put it this way; some things await your growth before happening to you, and when you've grown, everything falls in place.
In all you ask God for, Growth is important. Sometimes growth is the answer to your prayers, it's not necessarily a delay or allowing yourself enough time to intensify efforts before having what you want as some may put it. God is waiting for you to do something, and He'll perfect the rest. One thing you need to note is that when you do your part of fulfilling your purpose and assignments, God will never fail in His part.
Robert Kiyosaki will always say; “DO YOUR ASSIGNMENT”. I hope you remember those times in school you used to be given an assignment, no matter the effort and the amount of play you devout after school, you'll always be conscious of the fact that going to school the next day won't be possible if you didn't do your assignment.
If you went to the kind of school I went to, you'll even be afraid to put on your uniform to school because of the kind of teachers I had then – they'll make you regret coming to school without the assignment. You see, the school you normally wake up early and dress happily to go to will now become a place you can't step in anymore until your assignment is properly done. If you didn't do your assignment, you as a person will know you do not qualify for the next teachings from your teacher. The Holy Spirit is our teacher, and He wants you to do the assignment for the next phase of your life. What has He asked you to do that you haven't done yet? The Bible says He'll teach us all things. Then how will He be happy if you're not a good student?
There are certain prayers you won't pray until you submit your assignment. But you see, now we're adults, we dropped that mentality and practice of doing our assignment every day of our lives for daily success. Forgetting the fact that your success in life is tight to the assignment you do daily. If you're conscious of doing them every day, then there are certain things you won't be desperate for.
Jesus said in John 16:12 - "I still have many things to tell you, but you can't handle them now”. In other words, God is saying there are places and secrets I will love to share or make known to you, but you don't have the capacity yet to carry them. The point is that God is limited by our capacity, not like He can't do what He wants to do, but the people He intends to do them for can't carry it.
Where your capacity stops, provisions cease. Remember that scene between Elisha the Prophet and that widow who lost her husband in 2 Kings 4:3. The Bible recorded that the man of God said to her; “Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbors, even empty vessels; borrow not a few”.
But my concern is regarding the fact that that woman didn't stick to the instructions from the Prophet of God, she went ahead and borrowed a few vessels when she was told not to. Immediately after, that woman didn't have anything to receive the oil again, the oil automatically stops flowing. I think that woman was limited in her mind toward what God was saying to her through the Prophet. I don't ever think she would have been able to exhaust all her neighbor's vessels if she was serious to go the extra mile, even stepping out to other communities or villages to borrow.
It also occurs to me that the widow would have become one of the richest widows ever recorded in the Bible, but she missed it. I don't know what you're missing from God because you have a limited mindset or your capacity to receive needs expansion, I'll like you to do something about it now. He is also saying to you now, borrow not a few vessels when it comes to growth so that you won't get stuck in the journey of my blessings. The oil needs to keep flowing and as long as you have enough vessels (growth factor) the oil (God's blessings) won't stop.
